Exterior Painter

Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, and Saturdays 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Exterior Painter to join our team. This position involves painting and maintaining the exterior surfaces of apartment buildings to ensure a clean, professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

Prepare exterior surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and repairing as needed. Apply paint, stain, and coatings to apartment buildings using spray equipment and other painting tools. Operate and maintain paint sprayers safely and effectively. Protect surrounding areas from paint overspray and debris. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Painting experience required. Experience using a paint spray gun is required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to climb ladders and work at heights. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
