Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a broad range of talent acquisition activities, partnering with department leaders to identify hiring needs, oversee open requisitions, and coordinate with external recruitment partners.
\n
• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes, collaborating with internal teams to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
\n
• Enhance HR reporting capabilities by developing dashboards, analyzing workforce metrics, and providing leadership with actionable insights.
\n
• Leverage HR systems and collaboration platforms to streamline project tracking, organize departmental information, and improve reporting efficiency.
\n
• Partner with HR leadership to execute strategic initiatives focused on operational improvements, process enhancements, and organizational effectiveness.
\n
• Contribute to employee engagement, recognition, and workplace initiatives that support a positive employee experience.
\n
• Evaluate existing HR practices, recommend process improvements, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency through technology and automation.
\n

MUST HAVES

\n
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally at the HR Manager level.
\n
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including partnering with hiring managers and managing external recruiting agencies.
\n
• Hands-on experience with Paycom required.
\n
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and working with HR metrics.
\n
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams, including collaboration and project management capabilities.
\n
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and process improvements.
\n
• Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and identify opportunities for efficiency.
\n
• Bachelor's degree required.
\n
• Proactive, organized, and self-directed, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
\n
• Business-minded approach with a sense of urgency and ability to meet hybrid schedule requirements, including availability through 5 p.m.
\n

NICE TO HAVES

• PHR certification.
\n
• Previous experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
\n
• Experience developing HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and reporting tools.
\n
• Familiarity with creating shared project tracking systems and collaborative reporting environments.
\n
• Exposure to AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
\n
• Additional experience or training in data analytics.
\n
• Experience collaborating with military or government stakeholders.
\n
• Involvement in HR transformation, strategic planning, or process improvement initiatives.
