Culinary Instructor - Miami

CocuSocial ( one of the largest culinary experience providers in the US, is seeking experienced Chef Instructors to teach fun and interactive   in-person   cooking classes in Miami .   The classes will be hosted at our spacious and functional partner venues like hotels, restaurants, and cafes.

Ideal candidate for this position:

- Be passionate about food and eager to share your love for cooking and baking with local foodies

- Professional culinary background

- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching recreational cooking classes

- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

- Comfortable teaching any of the following dishes:

Sushi, pasta, paella, pizza, cheese, tacos, cheese, empanadas, choux pastry, pad thai, dumplings, pizza, mixology, wine tasting.

Main responsibility

- Lead and organize the entire class, including purchasing ingredients, setting up, teaching the class in a hands-on manner, and cleaning up after the class.

- Ensures high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the experience by keeping work area and guest areas clean and organized.
