About the Position

Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Lymphedema

Location

Somerset, KY | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Expected 32 hours/week | No weekend hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services with a focus on lymphedema treatment and management
• Evaluate and treat patients across orthopedic, neurological, and lymphedema diagnoses in an outpatient therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and patient goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary therapy team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Kentucky or compact eligibility
• Lymphedema certification required
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings
• Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations in addition to lymphedema
• Familiarity with outpatient electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
