Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for people, vehicles, and deliveries, verifying credentials and/or visitor information in accordance with site policies.
• Support daily operations by communicating with staff regarding security-related issues, assisting with directions and traffic flow, and maintaining awareness of high-activity areas during shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
