Lead Power BI Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Integrate AI models and machine learning outputs into BI solutions Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting platforms Translate business requirements into technical specifications Continuously improve reporting processes and data visualization standards

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Azure ML, Python, R) Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Preferred Skills Certification in Power BI or Azure Data/AI services Experience in deploying AI models into BI environments Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data warehousing Cloud Hybrid is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
