Employment Attorney

Cantrell Schuette is a law firm dedicated to representing individuals and businesses who have been wronged. We are seeking to hire a senior associate or partner-level attorney with experience and interest in leading restrictive covenant (i.e., non-compete, non-solicit, non-disclosure), trade secrets, and employee rights matters (i.e., workplace retaliation/discrimination, whistleblowers, wage and hour). We are not an employment defense law firm. All of our attorneys have exceptional credentials, work within defined practice groups to facilitate subject matter depth and are passionate about their work. Most of our attorneys previously worked in large national or international law firms and wanted to transition to a mission-driven practice. Our employee rights practice also has a strong reputation for representing high-level executives and professionals. Our compensation model is top of market when accounting for all compensation components. Our compensation model is especially unique and favorable for junior partner level attorneys. Requirements 6 + years’ experience in civil litigation, ideally a senior level associate or junior partner Experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trials (injunction hearing experience preferred) Very strong academic credentials Very competitive compensation structure is commensurate with experience.
