Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview The Tampa office of Akerman LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with 3 to 4 years of experience in civil litigation. Experience preparing federal and state court filings, handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery and motions is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court experience and/or clerkship experience. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
