Litigation Associate Attorney

Introduction Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Litigation Associate Attorney position. This position is a direct hire opportunity in the Tampa, FL area. Summary The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for the following: Manage commercial and business litigation cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues Develop litigation strategies and recommendations Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Prepare clients and witnesses for litigation proceedings Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel Collaborate with attorneys and staff on complex litigation matters Maintain case management responsibilities and litigation deadlines Practice Areas Commercial Litigation Business Litigation Civil Litigation Contract Disputes Insurance Litigation Property Litigation NOTE::::::: Attorney MUST be FL barred and in good standing.
