Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with elementary school students as a dedicated Occupational Therapist. Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington
• Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Knowledgeable about pediatric therapy assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other care team members
• Compassion, patience, and a student-centered approach to therapy

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 42 elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement intervention plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other educational professionals to optimize student learning and access to curriculum
• Conduct assessments and recommend appropriate accommodations or modifications
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in line with district and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for each student
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support at home

In this role, you'll benefit from a manageable caseload, a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, and an assignment that extends through June 23rd, 2027.
