Associate Director, Product Owner - Patient Intervention

Job Title: Product Owner, Patient Intervention Location: Morristown, NJ As Product Owner, Patient Intervention within our Digital team, you will help transform business processes and improve patient journey using advanced analytics, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. You will partner across global brand teams, market, data, and engineering to build products that drive commercial performance. Main Responsibilities Assist in the development and delivery of analytics, AI, GenAI and Agentic AI‑based products and solutions to support stages of patient journey from diagnosis to treatment adherence. Collaborate closely with Commercial teams to understand requirements and develop payer strategies using analytics and AI solutions. Participate in assessment and recommendation of commercial use cases for analytics and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Contribute to design and implementation of end‑to‑end product vision and delivery for Commercial Advanced Analytics & AI Strategy. Help standardize and deliver digital products within the commercial analytics and AI portfolio. Collaborate with the central GenAI/Agentic AI team to develop products that leverage reusable components and ensure synergy across projects. Assist in managing product roadmap, including budget planning, resource allocation, and feasibility assessments. Support efforts to ensure digital product performance and value realization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, drive technology strategy, and deliver tailored reporting solutions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field (Master’s preferred, MBA a plus). 5+ years of experience in product management or building complex digital solutions. Experience with machine learning (foundational understanding required). Experience working with diverse cross‑functional teams. Seasoned leader with strong communication and presentation skills. Proven record of creating and implementing successful advanced analytics and digital commercial strategies. Attention to detail and technical intuition. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for executive level communication. Fluent in English (other languages a plus). Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on experience in AI/GenAI/Agentic AI and a passion for driving innovation. Record of implementing advanced analytics and AI‑driven commercial strategies. Understanding of healthcare data such as claims, EMR, and labs. Experience implementing AI solutions in healthcare or life‑sciences settings. Strong business sense, strategic thinking, and ability to make decisions. Track record of problem‑solving and overcoming roadblocks in complex environments. Strong cross‑functional leadership and influencing skills. Strong project management and Agile/LEAN practices experience. Multicultural transversal collaboration experience. Languages: English (must), French or other languages a plus. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $148,500.00 – $214,500.00.
