Outpatient Physical Therapist opportunity in Decatur, GA. Provide evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and modify interventions based on patient needs and physician direction. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients and design functional programs to support return to community activities. Participate in patient, family, student, and coworker education. Maintain professionalism, compliance, and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Georgia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Clinical competency in evaluation, documentation, goal writing, and development of functional treatment plans.
• Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry per clinic policies and payer guidelines.
• Experience supervising or providing guidance to students or support staff is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with outpatient caseloads and productivity expectations preferred.
• Participation in professional development and prior involvement in performance improvement initiatives preferred.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• 13-week assignment.
• Outpatient setting in Decatur, GA.
