Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 26 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required. License: Valid state compact license required. Certifications: Required certifications as per specialty. Must-Have: - Experience in case management. - Familiarity with HMOs, IPAs, and advance directives. - Knowledge of CMS guidelines and HIPAA regulations. - Strong skills in care coordination and discharge planning. Description: This position requires a registered nurse with a focus on case management. Candidates must have at least two years of acute care experience. The role includes working every other weekend. Travelers may be expected to float between similar units based on departmental needs. Weekend coverage is required as part of this job.
