Part Time - Receptionist

Job Title

The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office software.

Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing high-quality customer service.

Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

Previous experience in medical or dental office settings is advantageous but not required.

Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across various departments.

Part Time Working hours are as follows:

Monday-Friday 4:30PM-7:00PM & Saturdays 9AM-5:30PM - Rotating Saturdays

Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.

Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take detailed messages.

Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records.

Call customers inquiring about service experience.

Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and data entry as needed.

Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.

Support office management tasks including supply ordering, organization of files, and general clerical duties.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment.

Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient daily operations.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately.

Issue license plates to new buyers.
