Ingnieur d'Application Ultrasons - Ile de France

This position offers the opportunity to interact with healthcare professionals in the hospital sector in France to improve patient care together in the field of ultrasound imaging. Your main duties include:

• Conducting expertise interventions in private and public hospital settings, and maximizing customer satisfaction (demonstrations, installations, training, experience sharing, needs follow-up).
• Training and advising doctors on the handling and configuration of equipment, and upgrades.
• Supporting the regional sales team during the sales process (clinical arguments, pre-sales demonstrations, participation in congresses).
• Sharing user feedback, points of improvement, and system corrections with Marketing, Quality, and Development teams in France and internationally.

You are part of a dynamic team focused on user satisfaction and improving patient care in ultrasound imaging services. You interact with commercial, application, and support teams at the regional and national levels. You maintain close relationships with international teams. The position is based in Home Office in the Paris and le-de-France area. Travel within this area and occasionally across France is required.

Your strengths to succeed in this role:

• Higher education minimum of BAC+5 type engineering school, in the Biomedical or Commercial field.
• First practical experience of at least 6 months on ultrasound imaging systems.
• Clinical knowledge, patient-focused, interest in the technique and information systems around imaging.
• Optimism, energy, team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and flexibility to provide the best service to our clients.
• Fluent English and French, both spoken and written.
