Receptionist

AP Executive Staffing is currently recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of a respected healthcare organization in the Buffalo area. This is a part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for a professional and customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with people and providing exceptional front desk support.

This position offers flexible scheduling with up to 20 hours per week and the opportunity to grow into a permanent role .

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, patients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide information and direct individuals to the appropriate departments or locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Deliver outstanding customer service while serving as the first point of contact

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment
• Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing schedules
