Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement advanced control systems to meet production and quality requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project objectives and develop solutions that align with the company’s goals. Perform PLC programming and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment. Test and validate new systems and features to ensure the delivery of high‑quality engineering solutions. Provide technical support for production teams, offering expert advice and guidance on control systems. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, making adjustments and improvements as necessary. Ensure all control systems adhere to industry safety standards and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field is required. 0-5 years of experience in Controls Engineering and Industrial Automation. Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLC’s (Allen Bradley preferred). Working knowledge of HMI Systems. Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex control systems. Strong understanding of industrial automation and the latest engineering technologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical team members. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
