Overview:
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong work ethic and self-starter mindset
to support manufacturing operations. This role focuses on industrial automation,
electrical systems, and plant-level support rather than purely design-based work.


Key Requirements
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and industrial automation
• Proficiency with remote I/O, HMIs, and Rockwell software
• Experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs
• Knowledge of industrial Ethernet communication and machine network layout
• Ability to manage capital and expense budgets


Preferred Qualifications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance technicians
• Ability to design, develop, and oversee electrical control systems
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
