Core Responsibilities

Service Technicians will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and minimal downtime. Must-Have Requirements

You should demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict timelines. Physical fitness is important, as the role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions. You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment physical. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment are critical. Experience with preventative maintenance programs and familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar platforms is highly valued.
