Our organization is a prominent national platform dedicated to women's healthcare. We are currently looking for a Full-Time OB/GYN to join our expanding practice located in the picturesque community of Warren, New Jersey.

Somerset Women's Care is in search of a committed and empathetic Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to become part of our well-established and flourishing private practice. We welcome applications from both residents and experienced physicians!

Position Highlights

• Flexible Scheduling: Achieve a healthy work-life balance with a customizable schedule.
• Weekend Call: One weekend call per month.
• Patient Census: Manage a daily patient load of 20 to 25.
• OB Volume: Average of 15 deliveries per month.
• Additional Income: Earn $200,000 by covering in-house call shifts at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset.
• Support Team: Work alongside a fully licensed medical team and support staff.
• Stability: Enjoy long-term stability in private practice with our organization.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Starting at $275,000, commensurate with experience.
• Sign-On & Retention Bonus: A total of $60,000 offered.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Current Unrestricted State Medical License.
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or the ability to obtain one.

Compensation Range

Minimum: USD $275,000.00 per year

Maximum: USD $350,000.00 per year
