Relationship Banker

Relationship BankerF&M Trust is seeking a Relationship Banker who will split time equally between our Lincoln Way East Office and Philadelphia Avenue Office in Chambersburg, PA. This role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while serving two established branch locations.As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in growing our customer relationships through exceptional service, consultative sales, and community engagement. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with deposit accounts, loan inquiries, account servicing, and financial solutions.
