Position Overview

Amend Treatment is seeking a compassionate professional Client Service Representative to support clients families and colleagues throughout the client service experience This role helps create a welcoming and responsive environment while handling inquiries coordinating information and supporting day-to-day administrative and service needs. The ideal candidate communicates with empathy respects privacy and can remain organized and composed when assisting people navigating sensitive situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients families visitors and other contacts with professionalism warmth and respect.
• Respond to inquiries by phone email or other communication channels providing accurate information or directing questions to the appropriate team member.
• Support client service coordination by relaying messages tracking requests and helping ensure follow-up is timely.
• Maintain organized records correspondence and service-related information in accordance with organizational procedures.
Protect confidential and sensitive information and follow applicable privacy and workplace policies.
• Coordinate with colleagues to support smooth daily operations and a consistent client-centered experience.
• Identify concerns or urgent requests and promptly escalate them to the appropriate staff member.
• Contribute to a supportive environment aligned with Amend Treatments individualized approach to care and recovery.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully with people from varied backgrounds.
• Excellent organization attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Sound judgment discretion and commitment to handling confidential information appropriately.
• A calm empathetic and service-oriented approach when responding to sensitive or challenging situations.
• Basic computer and administrative skills including the ability to use email and maintain accurate information.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow established procedures.

Desired Experience

Up to two years of relevant experience is preferred. Experience in client service reception administration healthcare behavioral health or another people-focused setting is an asset. Familiarity with confidential records or supporting individuals and families during stressful circumstances is also desirable.
