Location:
Cincinnati, Ohio (Hybrid) — Enjoy the flexibility of working three days in the office and two days remotely each week.
Note:
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio and have at least 2 years of business or commercial litigation experience. Strong experience with discovery, depositions, pleadings, motion practice, and court appearances is required.

Job Description
- Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
- Handle cases through all phases of litigation.
- Conduct written discovery and take and defend depositions.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings.
- Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances.
- Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups.
- Provide strategic legal counsel while delivering exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Ohio Bar license.
- 2+ years of business or commercial litigation experience.
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, pleadings, and substantive motions.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus.
