- Please Note: ALL positions will transition to a permanent Night Shift schedule upon contract completion with Ōnin and hiring by our partner.
As an Entry-Level Manufacturing Worker, you'll be part of a team that keeps production moving by:
- Handling raw materials and finished goods manually
- Loading, unloading, and positioning reels of cable or wire
- Threading wire through machines using eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills
- Operating or assisting with machinery in respooling, packaging, or Compak operations
- Performing visual inspections and quality checks
- Packing products by hand and preparing them for shipment
- Completing production reports and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
- Expect physical, hands-on work where attention to detail and initiative make all the difference.
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 4-days-on/4-days-off rotating schedule (including holidays, weekends, & overtime)
- No experience required—just a desire to learn and grow with a forward-thinking company
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- An eye for detail and color accuracy for product inspection
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and reaching throughout a 12-hour shift
You'll Stand Out if You Have:
- Strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on skills
- Manufacturing, Production, Packaging, Machine Operator, or Restaurant experience is a plus
