Customer Experience Specialist

Proudly from Austin and comfortably off-course. This position reports to our Head of Customer Experience as well as senior management. The primary role of the position is to address the various needs of customers as well as maintain the day-to-day functions of the office. As an integral member of a small company, you will also work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Design and will be involved in making team decisions. Essential job functions: Be the first point of contact for all inbound customer service inquiries by email, chat, or phone Collaborate with Head of Customer Experience to improve overall customer experience Process customer financial adjustments and assist with the return/exchange process Manage product review and customer satisfaction review platforms Monitor Social Media accounts for opportunities to interact and engage with customers Contribute to the team with related and additional tasks as needed Qualifications: Possess a bachelor’s degree in communications, English, business, or related field Exceptional written and communication skills Knowledge of Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.); able to use Mac and Microsoft; ability to learn new databases quickly Works efficiently and in a timely manner Passionate about working for a fun, fast-paced, eCommerce brand Able to bring fresh, new ideas to the Criquet team 1-2 years in a customer experience-related position is preferred Experience in retail is a plus A little more about us: A fun-loving, laid-back business started by two best friends from grade school A company that values hard work, new ideas, and enjoys what we do We have a good sense of humor and an affinity for having a good time Works efficiently and in a timely manner We are excited to take our brand to the next level But you already knew all that, didn’t you?
