Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will deliver evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients and families.
