Job Overview West Virginia University School of Medicine - Eastern Division seeks an Urgent Care Physician (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor) to practice in Berkeley and Jefferson County. Duties Provide urgent care in multiple locations: Spring Mills, Inwood, and Charles Town, West Virginia. Deliver excellent patient care. Actively teach medical students, residents, and fellows. Shifts vary. Qualifications MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent); active state medical license. DEA registration required by start date. Completed a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency program. Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Location Martinsburg, WV in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, close to Washington DC and Baltimore, MD. The area offers a rural atmosphere, lower cost of living, and easy accessibility to major airports.
