Implement individualized Behaviour Plans designed to reduce problem behaviours and teach new skills. Apply evidence‑based strategies to support skill acquisition and behavioural improvement. Requirements Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Ability to pass all required state and federal background checks (including child abuse clearances, FBI fingerprinting, and criminal record checks). Reliable transportation to client locations (current openings in Bucks and Montgomery Counties).
