Supplemental Staffing Pool Manager

HYBRID Role - Our  Supplemental Staffing Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, placement, and management of Aramark team members to meet short-term staffing needs in our client partner locations within their designated region. This role blends human resources, sales, and client service, ensuring the right candidates are matched with the right positions at the right time.

You'll hire and manage Aramark hourly Food Service Workers, Cooks, Baristas, and Environmental Services Workers are working in our hospital settings , helping our teams care for patients and caregivers, and bringing hospitality to the hospital work environment.

This position will be a hybrid role spending several days in the office and a couple of days working from home. May travel to a different site occasionally. 

Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs : Work with hiring managers and clients to determine temporary staffing requirements
• Sourcing & screening : Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Interview & assess : Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates.
• Manage relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with site operations leaders, candidates/employees, community organizers and internal stakeholders 
• Manage team members : Schedule shifts using an AI-enabled program, support team members in assignments, manage biweekly payroll for team members. Deploy staffing to various hospital sites as needed. 
• Team member experience : Provide a positive, supportive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process and for our Supplemental Staffing team members who support client locations.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 

Experience : Minimum 3 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software and Management experience required.
