Client Advisor - Northpark

As a Client Advisor you will create meaningful client experiences and drive sales through personalized luxury service at the Neiman Marcus NorthPark boutique. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships by leveraging CRM, proactive clienteling, and expert product knowledge. The role also supports store operations, merchandising, and visual presentation to uphold boutique standards. Responsibilities Deliver the full client journey and Valentino couture service from welcome to farewell. Proactively engage existing and potential clients, manage appointments, and execute personalized outreach campaigns using CRM tools. Capture client data and qualitative notes to develop and maintain a client portfolio and reach CRM targets. Provide styling guidance and curate looks across categories informed by trends and product knowledge. Support merchandising and visual standards by replenishing stock, reporting display information, and partnering with the visual team. Perform operational tasks including POS transactions, returns, shipping/receiving, and other boutique duties as needed. Requirements Previous luxury retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales results and managing clientele. Exceptional client relationship building, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign language skills a plus. Action-oriented team player with a drive for results. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
