This role works in conjunction with General Managers and Used Truck Managers to make sure each branch inventory is received and ready to market in a timely manner according to Used Truck best practices.The Corporate Used Truck Operations Manager is responsible for receiving, identifying and preparing used equipment for the market as well as other duties which may arise.## Qualifications**Core Responsibilities:** • Coordinating equitable distribution and logistical support for used equipment inventory across multiple regions. • Manage and Direct certain aspects of the used equipment process such as; reconditioning and ready to market stages, including the marketing process, pricing and market availability and reallocation of equipment. • Assist in used equipment market analysis. • Direct certain aspects of social network marketing platforms. • Maintain databases of current equipment status, needs, details, photos and videos. • Manage and Assist in the used equipment stocking process • Lead or Co-Lead weekly appraisal meetings with used truck management members. • Complete used truck inspections and appraisals for trades and purchase units as needed. • Travel expectations, approximately 10%.**Critical Competencies:**• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Desire to learn and grow in the used truck field • Self-Management: Able to prioritize and complete tasks to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames • Customer Focus: Committed to internal and external customer satisfaction • Results Orientation: Identifies actions necessary to complete tasks and obtain results • Influencing Others: Able to personally affect others’ actions, decisions, opinions or thinking • Planning and Organization: Establishes a process for activities that leads to the implementation of systems, procedures and outcomes • Interpersonal Skills: Interacts with others in a positive manner • Leading Others: Organizes and motivates people to accomplish goals while creating a sense of order and direction • Self-Starting: Initiates and sustains momentum without external stimulation #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
