We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst/Transition Lead to join our client's team in Washington D.C. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in orchestrating the smooth transition of systems, ensuring readiness, and maintaining oversight from inception to the conclusion of hypercare.

Key responsibilities include validating phased deliverables, making necessary quality adjustments, and overseeing criteria for entering and exiting critical project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate system readiness activities to ensure a seamless transition.
• Maintain oversight throughout all project phases, from initiation to the conclusion of hypercare.
• Validate key deliverables across various phases, making necessary quality adjustments as needed.
• Develop and oversee criteria for entering and exiting critical project milestones.
• Organize technical, operational, and business activities to facilitate a smooth transition to production.
• Manage knowledge transfer efforts during hypercare to ensure comprehensive system governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in transition and hypercare phases.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing complex technical and operational projects.
• Knowledge of system governance principles and best practices.
