We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. $13.50 - $14.50 hourly

• Welcome, register, check in, and check out guests staying at the hotel; provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information

• Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests

• Mitigate customer complaints as needed

• Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct

• Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready

• Must be 21 with a valid driver's license and be able to drive the hotel shuttle

• Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift of 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Experience in customer service or hospitality roles, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and efficiency

• Proven track record of handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints with empathy and professionalism

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with guests and team members

• Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic bookkeeping tasks to keep guest information accurate

• Ability to collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license, capable of driving the hotel shuttle safely and responsibly
