Halff seeks a Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to lead land development projects from the Houston, TX office. You will manage light industrial, office/warehouse, commercial developments, parks, and sports field complexes, delivering maintainable and sustainable designs for municipalities, government agencies and private developers. You will guide project teams, mentor engineers and staff, manage budgets and schedules, and develop proposals and RFQs, with potential for ownership in the firm. #J-18808-Ljbffr Halff
