Neonatologist
We are seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible neonatologist to join an established practice, providing coverage for two NICUs. The position entails coverage at two level III NICUs. One NICU has a capacity of 43 beds and an average daily census of 29. The other NICU has a capacity of 26 beds with an average daily census of 14. Services available include HFOV, jet ventilators, and robust sub-specialty and MFM support. The work environment is collegial, with a team of six neonatologists. The workload involves approximately ten shifts per month, with 24-hour shifts taken out-of-house. Support includes 24/7 NNP support and full back-up from the hospital team. New graduates are encouraged to apply. The community offers a small-town feel with vibrant urban culture, outdoor activities, and top-rated public schools. This position requires residency within the immediate local area, and relocation may be necessary. Relocation assistance and paid licensing fees are provided.
