Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Systems Supervisor to support our food safety and quality initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with BRCGS standards, supporting third-party audits, overseeing the sanitation department, and partnering with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure the highest quality and food safety standards are met.

Requirements:

• Assist with maintaining BRCGS certification and annual audit requirements. 
• Ensure the facility remains audit-ready for all third-party inspections. 
• Maintain food safety documentation and quality records. 
• Partner with Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Warehouse to ensure compliance with food safety standards. 
• Monitor product quality, including appearance, size, texture, taste, packaging, and overall consistency. 
• Supervise the Quality Systems Technician(s) and Sanitation Department. 
• Order sanitation chemicals and supplies. 
• Investigate quality concerns and assist with corrective actions. 
• Promote a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality assurance or quality systems experience in a food manufacturing environment. 
• Working knowledge of BRCGS, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations. 
• Previous experience preparing for or participating in third-party audits. 
• Supervisory experience preferred. 
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
