The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle within a dynamic, high-growth aerospace manufacturing environment. This individual will partner cross-functionally with leadership and operations to ensure effective HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, a strong understanding of California employment law, and the ability to balance administrative execution with employee-facing support.
