What You'll Do

As a Snow Removal Operator at Linehan Landscaping, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ properties are clear and safe during winter storms. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating snow removal equipment such as pick up trucks, dump trucks, loaders, or skid steers to clear driveways, parking lots, and walkways.
Monitoring weather conditions and responding promptly when snow removal services are needed.
Performing basic maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure it’s in top working condition.
Collaborating with team members to complete assignments efficiently and safely.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in snow removal or operating heavy equipment.
A valid driver’s license and a Medical DOT card (required).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, as required by weather conditions.
Reliability and a team-oriented attitude.
