Requirements
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
6 months of flatbed experience
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

$5,000 sign-on bonus
CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Load Pay
Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150

Vacancy description

Step into HMD Trucking’s flatbed program for cross-country opportunities.

Our 500+ trucks feature APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats, all backed by full maintenance.

Key Tasks:

Load, tarp, and secure flatbed shipments
Adhere to DOT regulations and log requirements
Maintain clear communication with dispatch

Benefits & Compensation: $0.70/mi base pay with an additional $0.10/mi safety/productivity bonus, paid on every job, regular home time, full benefits package, PTO, 401(k), and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
