Quality Assurance InspectorShift: Both Shifts Available - 1st 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday-Friday - 2nd Shift 2:00pm to 12:30am Monday-Thursday Starting Pay: $20 to $22 per hour Full Benefits and Pay Raise offered following the Temp-to-Hire period!Position Description: The primary objective of the Quality Assurance Inspector is to ensure that products meet predefined standards and exceed customer expectations. This position involves measuring products against physical specifications, conducting quality tests, and identifying defects. The company is seeking a communicative, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to join the team.Responsibilities:Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures.Ensure product quality specifications are met by inspecting samples from each lot for defects.Communicate with employees to ensure that job functions are performed with respect to quality standards.Train and observe employees in the use of measuring equipment, ensuring proper use and calibration.Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement verifications, and rejecting unacceptable materials.Approve in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement verifications, and addressing rejection issues per company procedures.Approve finished products by confirming specifications through visual and measurement verifications.Document inspection results by completing inspection reports and rejection documents.
