Network Operations Analyst (Tier 2)

CyberLinx Solutions is seeking a skilled Network Operations Analyst (Tier 2) to support, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network and infrastructure systems. This role serves as the escalation point from Tier 1 and is responsible for resolving complex network, connectivity, and systems issues while ensuring uptime and performance across the environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network and infrastructure performance and respond to alerts
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and routing issues
Administer core services including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory
Escalate complex incidents to Tier 3 when required
Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions
Assist with patching, upgrades, and maintenance windows
