Primary Care Physician

EPIC Health System LLC

Epic Health is seeking a physician specializing in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics or Family Medicine to join our Chicago practice as a full-time clinician. You will provide comprehensive care across all ages, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and mentor Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
