Job Position: Forklift Driver

Location: WACO, TX 76712

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Monday - Friday
6am - 2:30pm

Job Description:
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely moving raw materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the facility while supporting production goals.

Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift safely to move, load, and unload materials.
Transport raw materials and finished products to designated areas.
Load and unload trucks as needed.
Assist production teams by ensuring materials are available when needed.
Verify product quantities and inspect materials for accuracy.
Maintain proper organization of inventory and storage areas.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Perform routine forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:
Previous forklift experience required.
Ability to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Ability to read labels, work orders, and follow instructions.
Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
Reliable attendance and willingness to support production needs.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.

Preferred Experience:
Manufacturing or warehouse experience.
Experience moving large materials or composite products.
Experience loading/unloading trailers.
Familiarity with inventory and material handling procedures.

Work Environment:
Manufacturing/production facility.
May involve working around fiberglass/composite materials.
Requires proper PPE and adherence to safety guidelines.
Position requires standing, walking, and operating equipment throughout the shift.
