Site Lead / Lead Maintenance Technician - West Palm Beach, FL TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facility Site Lead / Facilities Maintenance candidate to support a corporate customer in West Palm Beach, FL. This role requires dependability, daily on‑site presence, base repair skills and leadership over the facilities team. Candidates should have commercial maintenance experience in light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and strong communication and organizational skills. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7 am to 4 pm. Available on call for emergency repairs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support day‑to‑day repairs in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems. Work with HVAC systems (experience is a plus). Perform light carpentry duties: painting, patching, drywall, door repairs. Oversee staff to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly. Support fire systems and life‑fire safety compliance. Train staff on floor care (strip & wax, carpet cleaning, etc.). Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities. Maintain site supplies inventory. Develop and maintain client relationships, participate in client meetings. Manage work orders within a work‑order management system. Manage bids for services. Work with leadership to keep the facility within approved budgets. Escalate critical tasks for added support when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in commercial facilities maintenance and support. Strong mechanical aptitude. Servant‑leadership mindset with strong leadership skills. Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues. Effective and courteous communication with a wide range of persons. Self‑management and ability to perform duties beyond satisfaction. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred .
