Packiro is een Duits bedrijf met hoofdkantoor in Keulen en breidt actief uit naar de Nederlandse markt – en jij kunt hierin een sleutelrol spelen. Wij digitaliseren de verpakkingsindustrie en helpen bedrijven overstappen op duurzame, recyclebare verpakkingsoplossingen . In een markt die richting 2030 volledig moet transformeren, bouwen wij vandaag al aan de standaard van morgen. Belangrijk: Wij zoeken iemand die de Nederlandse markt verder opbouwt – idealiter woonachtig in Noordrijn-Westfalen (regio Keulen) of in Nederland. Als Sales Manager Nederland ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei van Packiro in Nederland – samen met het NL Team. Het unieke: je krijgt de ruimte om deze rol écht zelf vorm te geven. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses ligt je focus op: Of een combinatie hiervan Je beheert (een deel van) het volledige salesproces: van eerste contact tot langdurige klantrelaties. Opbouwen en uitbreiden van een sterk netwerk van prospects en klanten Beheren en laten groeien van bestaande accounts Adviseren van klanten over duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen Opstellen, opvolgen en onderhandelen van offertes Realiseren van omzet- en margedoelstellingen Nauw samenwerken met Customer Success, Operations en Marketing Actief bijdragen aan en meedenken over de salesstrategie in Nederland Marktontwikkelingen vertalen naar concrete commerciële kansen We staan open voor verschillende ervaringsniveaus – van junior tot senior. Wat belangrijk is: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (vereist) Proactieve, ondernemende mindset Affiniteit met digitale tools (bijv.
