Strategic Sourcing/Logistics Analyst III

Pay Range: $57hr - $62hr

The Strategic Sourcing/Logistics Analyst III will be responsible for developing and managing supplier and stakeholder relationships to ensure optimal cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions. The role involves leading commodity strategies, driving sourcing initiatives, managing supplier performance, and supporting procurement and supply chain optimization efforts in alignment with business objectives.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience developing commodity strategies and managing supplier relationships preferred.
• Candidates with 3+ years of strong relevant experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage internal and external supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and quality solutions.
• Lead development of multi-year commodity and sourcing strategies.
• Analyze market trends, commodity data, and supply ecosystems.
• Lead supplier sourcing, selection, and performance management processes.
• Negotiate contracts, statements of work, and pricing agreements.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and standards.
• Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Support development of supply chain models for new and existing products or services.
