Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
Hire, train, and develop BOH team members
Ensure food quality, consistency, and speed of service
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and product pars
Control food cost and minimize waste
Work closely with ownership and leadership to execute systems and standards
Maintain a positive, high-energy kitchen culture What Were Looking For
2+ years of kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef)
Experience in high-volume kitchens
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
