Documentation Manager - Compliance

The role partners with the Director and the team to monitor and improve center documentation, ensuring all records comply with State and Federal regulations. You will prioritize, schedule, and implement audits, develop effective systems to support quality documentation, summarize audit data, and present recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will coach Program Specialists, oversee their reporting, and provide training on electronic health record use and quality documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field. At least two (2) years’ experience in the human services field, working with adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, or traumatic brain injury. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to adhere to established regulations. Strong customer‑service, written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Word processing and database management. Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years of age. Benefits Competitive salary.
