AI Native Software Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Native Software Engineer will own and build core control-plane and telemetry experiences, translating complex distributed-system concepts into user-friendly products while ensuring effective human oversight and interaction design. Key responsibilities Own and develop core control-plane and telemetry experiences, including domain models, events, and APIs Create information-rich visualizations to help users understand complex data and system behavior Define patterns for human oversight, determining when human judgment is necessary versus automated processes Required qualifications Deep experience with data-intensive or distributed systems Experience building platform or control-plane software Exceptional product and information-design instincts Ability to engage across the stack, from backend architecture to user-facing experiences Strong understanding of AI-native product judgment and human-in-the-loop design
