What We Offer Hourly, plus Bonus Pay Plan One-on-one Training Career Planning Collaborative, Team Environment Work-life Balance 401k with Employer Match Possible eligibility for Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, 401k and Ancillary Insurance depending on plan terms Life Insurance, Company Paid Paid Time Off Responsibilities Provide a professional and comprehensive buying experience for potential customers Make outbound follow-up calls for customers who submit inquiries, including sold and unsold opportunities Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers Handle all incoming internet and phone leads Respond to email and text inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection Understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet Respond to inquiries immediately Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly Qualifications Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings. Closed on Sundays. Skilled with technology and emerging communication platforms Confident communicating on the phone with a pleasant and professional phone voice Upbeat personality and ability to understand and adapt to people Time management skills and ability to work independently Ability to work in a team environment Effective listening skills Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record according to dealership guidelines Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
